INTRODUCTION TO TAEKWONDO
SESSIONS: TUESDAY NIGHTS AND THURSDAY NIGHTS STARTING IN JANUARY
LOCATION: MILFORD PARKS AND RECREATION MEETING ROOM.
Participants will receive instruction on basic blocks and strikes, as well as basic self-defense and awareness skills. In addition, students will be shown positive ways to empower themselves and become more confident individuals. Instruction by Emilio Mola, who is certified in Taekwondo ITF and WTF and has over 25 years of experience.
Participants: 7 years old and older
Dates: January 19 - February 18
Tuesday and Thursday nights
Times: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: Milford Parks and Recreation- General Meeting Room
Participants should wear comfortable clothing.

PLEASE NOTE: COVID GUIDELINES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
-Everyone will be screened upon entry to the building. People will exit the gymnasium out of the back doors to avoid contact with the next group participating
-All coaches, participants, spectators and staff must wear facemasks at all times
-ONLY ONE SPECTATOR PER CHILD will be allowed in the gym for practices and games and must stay socially distanced from other spectators
-Players and coaches must be 6 feet away from each other at all times unless they are from the same household. Players will be provided adequate space for belongings.
-Players should bring their own water bottles and are encouraged to have them labeled
-Players, staff and all participants must sanitize their hands before and after activity. Hand sanitizer will be provided
-All equipment will be provided by MPR and will be sanitized prior to and after each practice/game
-Coaches, staff, parents and players must stay home when sick, contact the MPR staff if they test positive for COVID-19, and inform the Delaware Department of health about possible exposures
